Weight Management & Metabolic Health

Help Your Patients Get More From Incretin Therapy

Live, instructor-led movement and mindfulness designed to preserve muscle mass, manage medication side effects, and prevent weight regain - the missing behavioral piece for patients on GLP-1s, dual agonists, and emerging weight management medications.

Weight Loss Medications Are Transformative - But They're Not the Whole Story

GLP-1s, dual agonists like tirzepatide, and the next generation of incretin therapies are revolutionary. But without behavioral and movement support, patients face real risks that undermine long-term outcomes.

Only 14%
of patients who stop GLP-1 medications move on to any form of ongoing lifestyle support
~20%
of weight loss from GLP-1 medications comes from skeletal muscle - lean mass patients need to work to keep
50%+
of patients experience nausea and GI side effects that can reduce medication adherence

Addressing the Gaps Medication Alone Leaves Behind

The research is clear: movement and mindfulness-based interventions directly target the complications that make incretin therapy incomplete - from glycemic control to weight maintenance to medication adherence. And our own member data confirms it.

A Comprehensive Mind-Body Companion to Incretin Therapy

Five integrated components designed to maximize the benefits of medication while building the physical and behavioral foundation for lasting results.

1 Muscle-Preserving Gentle Movement

Live classes specifically designed to maintain and build lean muscle mass during weight loss. Gentle enough for patients new to movement, with progressive challenge built in as strength improves.

2 Nausea & GI Side Effect Management

Breathwork and gentle movement techniques that activate the parasympathetic nervous system to reduce nausea, calm GI distress, and help patients stay consistent with their medication regimen.

3 Mindful Eating & Behavioral Support

Mindfulness-based interventions that rewire the relationship with food. Reduces emotional and stress eating, builds interoceptive awareness, and creates sustainable habits that persist long after medication ends.

4 Glycemic Optimization

Movement protocols clinically shown to reduce HbA1c by 0.73% in meta-analyses. Improves insulin sensitivity and glucose regulation alongside GLP-1 therapy for better combined outcomes.

5 Live Community & Accountability

Small-group live classes online with real instructors who know participants by name. The social connection and accountability that apps and recorded content simply can't provide.

Designed to Complement, Not Replace

This program is a structured adjunct to incretin therapy and standard medical care. All classes are taught by certified instructors with experience in therapeutic populations. Participants continue their existing medical treatment while adding evidence-based movement and mindfulness support.

One Program, Two Ways to Run It

Seven weeks either way: four with a hand on the back of the bike, then three riding. Nobody moves to the lighter cadence on a calendar date - we look at how each person has been showing up and make the call. The only choice here is whether we put equipment in your participants' hands.

Strong Through It
The Program
7 Weeks
  • Launch: 4 weeks, 3 live classes per week
  • Maintenance: 3 weeks at a lighter cadence, once they're ready
  • Week 4 readiness check before anyone steps down
  • Progressive resistance training for lean mass
  • Breathwork for nausea and GI side effects
  • On-demand video library access
  • Completion and maintenance-persistence reporting
  • Continues into ongoing practice at week 8

A Week in the Launch Phase

A mix of live classes with expert instructors and pre-recorded sessions participants can access anytime. Participants choose the classes that fit their schedule and comfort level - there's no requirement to attend everything listed.

Flat-Fee Licensing, Not Per-Participant Billing

We price as program licenses, not per-head costs. Your organization gets unlimited participant access within the program, so you can scale enrollment without budget surprises.

Budget Certainty

One flat fee covers your entire program. No per-participant billing means you can enroll more patients without additional cost.

Lower Than Competitors

Digital MSK and weight management programs typically charge $500-$1,200 per participant. Our program licenses cost a fraction of that per patient.

Volume Flexibility

Multi-program and multi-site licensing available. The more conditions you cover, the better the overall investment.

Give Your Patients the Support Medication Alone Can't Provide

Medications change biology. Ompractice changes behavior. Together, they create lasting results. Let's discuss how to integrate mind-body support into your weight management program.
